OK - I'll admit - the Kai-Lan & Rintoo in the Dragon Boat are toys I swiped from Goldie's room. Everything else is 100% me! I really love this cake. I wanted to to seem magical to Goldie, so I gave it a ton of detail and something different to look at from every side. The cake is frosted with Swiss Buttercream. All the decorations are Fondant with Royal Icing accents.
I'm especially proud of the bamboo and hanging lanterns!

LOVE this cake! this is the best kai lan cake i have seen. what are the dimensions of your cake? also, what size cutter did you use for the regular blossoms (plunger cutter?) and the tree leaves?
